Downtown will soon be home to Bardog Tavern at 73 Monroe, and Pearl's Oyster House at 299 South Main, where the chef is Miles McGrath (formerly of Timbeaux's on the Square in Hernando). On Front Street, Cayenne Moon plans to continue operations despite the death of chef/owner Larry Lacke.
In East Memphis, Interim opened January 23rd in the former Wally Joe location, under executive chef Jackson Kramer. Owner Fred Carl Jr. says that while the appropriately titled eatery is indeed for sale, they plan on operating Interim until a buyer is found.
