The Greater Memphis Alliance for a Competitive Workforce was created in 2014 as a priority initiative of the Greater Memphis Chamber’s Chairman Circle and the Memphis and Shelby County Regional Economic Development Plan. GMAC Workforce was constructed through collaboration with the Brookings Institution Policy Program and aims to provide a bridge between employers and the talented professionals they need.
