The 2015 Ostrander Awards ceremony is Sunday, August 30th at the Orpheum Theatre at 6pm.
Named for beloved Memphis theatre icon Jim Ostrander, the Ostrander Awards -- Memphis' theatre awards -- are given annually in a variety of categories, in both College and Community divisions. Every aspect of stage production --actors, directors, technical personnel, full ensembles -- will be recognized.
The evening's festivities include performances from emcee extraordinaire Sister Myotis and musical numbers from the best local theatre productions of the past year.
Tickets are $10 each. Doors open at 6pm, with complimentary hors d'oevres and a cash bar, and the ceremonies will begin at 7pm. Purchase tickets here.
