October 10, 1941 School Bus Train Wreck

Thank you for continuing to write about this tragic day. My mother, Mary Nell Bryan, was on the bus and her brother Kenneth Murray Bryan was killed. Initially, it was reported that my mother had been killed since she was so badly injured and scalped. She is now 86 and recalls it vividly despite the onset of dementia. Her back was broken and she's suffered from it all of her life.
