On Thursday, October 3, 2013, our sister publication, MBQ: Inside Memphis Business, along with the University of Memphis' Fogelman College of Business and Economics, hosted the first-ever Innovation Awards breakfast reception at the Holiday Inn at U of M. Guests were treated to a breakfast catered by the hotel, and winners were announced and presented handsome displays during the awards ceremony.
The Innovation Awards were created to celebrate persons, inventions, products, concepts, and processes that have been developed here in the Mid-South: “innovations” that have led to significant improvement in an array of fields that touch the lives of everyday Memphians and others. Congratulations to this year's winners, and deepest thanks to all sponsors and attendees!
