
This weekend, a group of Memphis’ top chefs will cook up gourmet meals in support of a great cause. Flavors of Memphis will be held at Hilton Memphis (939 Ridge Lake Boulevard) on Sunday, April 26th, from 6 to 9 p.m. The event benefits the American Liver Foundation, whose mission is “to facilitate, advocate and promote education, support and research for the prevention, treatment and cure of liver disease.”
Guest will not only have a chance to eat delicious meals whipped up by some of the city’s renowned chefs — they will have the unique opportunity to witness culinary experts in action as they prepare a 5-course dinner tableside.
