Leadership Memphis focuses on finding and training individuals with the necessary attributes to become great leaders. Their three programs — Executive, FastTrack, and Grassroots — connect potential leaders in environments that will equip them to make a difference in improving the city. Leadership Memphis even recently organized a new program, the Criminal Justice Program, which aims to forge bonds between anyone involved in the Criminal Justice Industry.
