Some of you may know that Contemporary Media, Inc. (our wonderful parent company) publishes several special publications each year in addition to the four main print products of Memphis magazine, Inside Memphis Business, Memphis Flyer, and Memphis Parent. One such publication is the annual Collierville Chamber magazine, specifically geared toward our neighbors just to the east.
Today, the 2015-2016 edition launched at the Chamber’s monthly luncheon. The launch was preceded by the keynote speaker for the day, Dr. Scott Morris, CEO of Church Health Center.
A key resource for Collierville residents, out-of-towners, and those just passing through, the magazine features staples such as shopping, dining, and entertainment as well as in-depth articles on education, faith, safety, living, culture, and a handful of business profiles. This year, the tiger in front of the new University of Memphis Collierville Center, which opened its doors to students in January, was chosen for the cover. The tiger is one of dozens placed around Memphis, individually decorated by local artists, to honor the university's 100th anniversary.
